We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader to own our marketing function, across online & offline space on both the customer acquisition and engagement side.
The Respective Business Segments/Units Under This Business Lines Are
- Consumer Business,
- MarketPlace and
- Enterprise Software Business.
Each Service Line is covering several specialized portfolio elements organized in dedicated service units.

This is a leadership opportunity for an entrepreneurial person in the exciting growth world of dotcom product space.
The candidate will be expected to have:
- Proven track record of owning overall marketing functions.
- Exposure of Conceptualizing and Implementing marketing strategies across content, digital, product and performance space.
What we are looking for
- Analytical ability to understand and transform data into decisions and powerful stories
- Well suited to the startup environment - flexible, adaptive, self-motivated and fast learner
- Deep experience of successfully leading thought leadership, digital and social content, info-graphics and sales content directed to C-Suite audiences
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Senior level B2C marketing responsibility and proven track record of success defining and delivering innovative big ideas to drive long term results.
- Entrepreneurial driven strategic thinking and ability to lead and drive critical business functions such as Brand, Marketing, Products, E -commerce and Exports is an essential requirement.
- Atleast 5+ Years of exposure in leadership marketing role.
- Should have relevant Exp. in Performance Marketing, Consumer Marketing, ATL Campaigns, App Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, own and execute marketing strategy for ClearTax.
- Create measurable, scalable and innovative marketing campaigns - both offline and online - to meet goals around new customer acquisition and engagement.
- Build an extremely high caliber team and creating an environment which motivates people to thrive in their expertise and deliver aggressive results
- Own plans, financial metrics and operational metrics; present them to leadership team at ClearTax.
- Impact on Revenue and market share growth: customer life cycle management, and building marketing capability and spend, Track -and -measure effectiveness.
- Go -to -market strategy: positioning, Strategic planning: Develop marketing strategies based on strong analytics
- Lead and be accountable for the entire Digital growth of ClearTax, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies and tactical execution plans across all online channels.
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g. influencers, industrybodies etc.) in the ecosystem
- Drive and lead engagement with media partners including print and digital media, Drive conferences, knowledge round tables, awards and events
