Sales Operations Executive

Experience: 2-3 years

The role is to provide sales support to our front-line Sales teams to achieve sales objectives.

The Sales operations involve management of Sales CRM tracking opportunities for different business, creation of pipeline report for business review. Apart from pipeline monitoring, the role will be the key conduit between sales team 

This involves working to align customer and sales planning processes with order fulfilment activities to ensure optimal delivery to our customers.

Sales executives are expected to provide clear, concise and appropriate communication with customers and internal customers taking ownership of the customer promise

The role demands attention to detail and compliance to process to enable handover of the perfect order to be submitted to the business
