Customer Support Team Lead - GST

  • Graduation (Pref. Bcom)
  • Minimum 4 years in Contact Center and at least a year's experience as Team Lead
  • Hands on experience in Handling Inbound calls and Email communication for at least 3 years
  • Knowledge about Key Contact Center Metrics (AHT / ACW / C-Sat / Productivity Hygiene/ Outage management, etc..)
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills. 
  • Quick learner. 
  • Experience in reporting basic contact center metrics.
  • Helps business with key inputs based on customer inquiries.
  • An organized / Structured approach towards the job deliverables.
  • Experience in Quality Audits / Coaching /  Feedback.
  • Education: Any graduate.
