Inside Sales - B2C

Key Responsibilities: 

As a sales manager at ClearTax, you will be responsible for driving new sales.

- Sell ClearTax products - software and services - in the market 
- End-to- end management of the sales cycle - Communicating with prospects, follow-up on sales leads, handling customer queries, selling the right product that meets customer requirement, preparing sales quotation and driving order closure independently 
- Generate prospects using online sources, databases, own or referral network, social media forums 
- Carries direct responsibility of closing high value deals with a healthy conversion (min 30% conversion on big ticket items) 
- Manage post-sales customer engagement jointly with the Key Accounts Team 
- Carry sales quotas and Meet targets on our categories and products 
Train and Mentor junior sales managers on Marketplace offerings
