1. Handle inquiries on the phone and email channel.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Basic knowledge of Indian Direct Tax subject.
4. Comprehend the customer requirement well & suggest apt resolutions.
5. Ability to hunt the online resources or knowledge center to guide customer towards self-assistance.
6. Identify Upsell opportunity for consultation services and push the leads to the Sales team.
7. Ensuring maximum Customer Satisfaction on every query.
